How Cakora uses and protects customer, recipient and partner information.
Information we collect
We may collect customer and recipient names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, order details, personal messages, uploaded personalisation files, payment references, support evidence, account sessions and security logs.
Why we use it
Information is used to process orders, coordinate fulfilment, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain legal and financial records, improve service quality and send optional marketing only where consent has been provided.
Sharing
Only fulfilment information needed to prepare and deliver an order is shared with the assigned partner. Payment providers, communication providers, hosting and storage providers process limited information under their own security obligations.
Retention and choices
Personal data is retained only for operational, safety, fraud-prevention, tax or legal needs. Customers can request access, correction, deletion where permitted, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent through Cakora support.
Security and grievances
Cakora uses restricted access, encrypted secrets, signed links and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported immediately to privacy@cakora.in.
