Secure payment
Online payments are processed by authorised payment providers. Cakora does not store complete card or UPI credentials. A browser success screen alone is not payment confirmation; Cakora verifies the transaction server-side.
Pricing
The displayed product price is global for the selected variant. Delivery charges may vary by recipient location, delivery method and fulfilment grouping and are shown in the final payment bill before payment.
Coupons and vouchers
Coupons and gift vouchers are subject to eligibility, validity, balance and anti-abuse controls. Unless explicitly stated, they cannot be exchanged for cash.
Records
Customers can access order receipts and eligible refund credit notes through secure tracking. Statutory invoice content will reflect the final tax and marketplace structure applicable at launch.
