Shipping & Delivery Policy
How scheduled, same-day, fixed-time and midnight fulfilment works.
Local fulfilment
Assigned local partners are responsible for preparation, safe packaging, transportation and successful customer handover. Availability, fees and methods depend on the recipient’s service zone.
Delivery windows
Standard delivery is completed within the selected window. Fixed-time, express and midnight options appear only where an eligible partner supports them. Traffic, weather, access restrictions and force-majeure events can affect timing.
Recipient unavailable
The delivery contact may call the recipient and sender and wait for a reasonable period. Redelivery or a changed address may require an additional charge. Customer-caused failed attempts do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Secure handover
The sender receives a delivery OTP for each fulfilment. It must be shared only after the recipient has received and checked that delivery.
