Personalised Products & Substitution Policy

Rules for cake messages, photographs, custom designs and stock substitutions.

Customer content

Customers must have the right to use uploaded names, photographs and messages. Unlawful, harmful or infringing content may be rejected and the order may require modification or cancellation.

Reference designs

Handmade items may have minor colour, piping, flower or placement variations. The central theme, paid size, flavour, egg preference and promised personalisation must remain consistent.

Substitutions

A vendor must not make a material substitution without Cakora/customer approval. If a component is unavailable, Cakora may offer an equivalent or higher-value alternative, rescheduling or a refund for the affected item.

Uploaded files

Personalisation files are private operational material and are not added to public product galleries. They may be removed after the order and applicable dispute-retention period ends.
